Preschool headmistress by getting the High School Graduation Certification from the dead owner

Even not finish High School Ms. Dinh Thi Hong Van borrowed High School Graduation Certification from the dead owner who has the same full name to get into the University and finally promoted to be a Preschool headmistress

According to Tuoi Tre Dua Tin, chief inspector of the Department of Education and Training in Ha Tinh Province has concluded denunciations Dinh Thi Hong Van has never studied at  Tran Phu High School (Duc Tho, Ha Tinh) and Ms. Van  used the High School Graduation Certification of  a dead owner Dinh Thi Hong Van (born Aug 30th 1964) joined high school graduation examination 1982 in Tran Phu high School, Duc Thuy, Duc Tho district, to go to college and work.

Chief Inspector of Education and Training Department in Ha Tinh province also proposed revoking that certification and review, Ms. Van discipline.
 Previously, Vietnam Family Page had reported  Dinh Thi Hong Van - Principal preschool Xuan Linh Nghi Xuan district used high school graduation of a dead woman with the same name.

This woman also named Dinh Thi Hong Van, born on Aug 30th 1964, resident Duc Thuy, Duc Tho District, Ha Tinh Province. 

Although lives in Xuan Linh Nghi Xuan district, Ha Tinh province, but Mrs. Van perjury attended high school at Tran Phu (Duc Tho, Ha Tinh) to "legitimize" profile. 

Preschool headmistress Linh Xuan diploma used "fake" certification number 936/THPT/BSPT in the during learning and working time.
